Half Board vs Full Board vs All Inclusive Maldives

Meal plans are one of the biggest differences between Maldives resort quotes. The name alone is not enough: resorts apply inclusions differently, so it is worth comparing the detail.

Half Board

Usually includes breakfast and one additional meal, commonly dinner. Drinks and specialty restaurants may cost extra.

Full Board

Usually includes breakfast, lunch and dinner, while drinks and selected venues may remain additional.

All Inclusive

Often adds selected drinks and sometimes activities, minibar items, excursions or dining upgrades. Inclusions, limits and restaurant access vary by resort.
