About Kandolhu Maldives.
Kandolhu is a small, secluded island in North Ari Atoll, with 30 villas tucked into palms or set above the water. Its house reef wraps around the island, so snorkelling is a natural part of the day.
Five distinct restaurants, Vilu Bar, Noovilu Sports and Varu Spa give this intimate island a surprising range of experiences. The transfer is approximately 25 minutes by seaplane followed by a 10-minute speedboat ride.

Kandolhu has five named villa categories. Beach Villas have no private pool; the other four categories do. We’ll confirm the right villa and occupancy for your dates.

Noovilu Sports offers windsurfing, paddleboarding, kayaking and catamaran sailing. Wakeboarding, kneeboarding and guided excursions add a faster option.
The team can advise on conditions and help newcomers get started.
NOOVILU DIVE CENTRE
From the house reef into North Ari.
Start with a guided dive on Kandolhu’s house reef or head out by dhoni to thilas, channels and wreck sites around North Ari Atoll. Noovilu offers introductory dives and certification courses as well as outings for experienced divers.
We’ll check qualifications, conditions and the current dive schedule before your trip.
FAMILY TRAVEL
An intimate island for older children.
Kandolhu welcomes children aged eight and above. The small island suits families who enjoy reef time, water sports and relaxed days together.
Please tell us each child’s age so we can confirm the right villa and arrangements; the resort does not accommodate children under eight.
VARU SPA
A quiet pause among the trees.
Varu Spa sits within the island greenery and offers signature treatments, massage, body rituals and facials. Its facilities include sauna, steam room and relaxation areas.
We’ll check the current treatment menu and appointment times with your stay.
